How to Order

Many bicycle orders start with a visit to our Seattle workshop. We are located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. When you visit you can park behind our building, the off street parking enables easy loading and unloading of your bike. We are also a block away from the Burke-Gilman trail so riding here could be convenient.

While you're here we can discuss a possible new bicycle. We will go over how it should fit and what it should be capable of. Our mechanic Mark V will be able to assist us in our component discussion. You may already have a good idea of your component preferences but we will go over wheels, tires, saddle and everything else to get it just right.

Some measurements of you will be taken. I'll also measure your current bike and it's set up. Frequently there are aspects of your fit that need to be changed in the design of the new bicycle. And there will likely be aspects that we keep in our new design because they work well for you.
